1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />0 <br />and, <br />479 <br />From a point where the North line of Township 32 South, Range 39 East, <br />intersects the East Shore of the Indian River, run South 2,141 feet, <br />.thence West 237 feet to the shore of the Indian River, thence North <br />62 degrees East 100 feet, thence South 28 degrees East 100 feet to <br />the Southeast.cerner of a bridgehead deeded to Quay Bridge District <br />as recorded in St. Lucie County records in Deed Book 46, page 17, <br />and point of beginning, thence run South 28 degrees East a distance <br />of 40 feet, thence run South 62 degrees West a distance of 155 feet, <br />more or less, to the East Shore of the Indian River, thence run <br />Northerly along the waters of the Indian River a distance of 40 feet, <br />more or less, to the Southwest corner of 1'la nds deeded to Quay Bridge <br />District, thence run North 62 degrees East a distance of 155 feet, <br />more or less, to point of beginning; <br />(b) That Indian River County, Florida, shall convey to Elizabeth Hansen the <br />following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />and, <br />Beginning at a point on the East Bank of Indian River, which point <br />is 2,141 feet South and 237 feet West of the intersection of the <br />East Bank of the Indian River with the North line of Township 32 South, <br />Range 39 East, run North 62 degrees East a distance of 100 feet, <br />thence South 28 degrees East a distance of 40 feet, thence run South <br />62 degrees West to the Indian River, thence Northerly along the waters <br />of the Indian River to point of beginning; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said conveyances and exchanges be simultaneously <br />made as an even trade between the said Elizabeth Hansen and Indian River County. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Warren, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and <br />carried, that if the Plat of Sunny Sands be re -submitted, and the said plat now complies <br />with the existing plat regulations, that E. E. Carter be authorized to approve same for the <br />Board in order to expedite matters. <br />J It was moved by Commissioner Warren, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and <br />carried, that a continuous road right of way be required through lands being subdivided and <br />lying between A -1-A and the Atlantic Ocean, the same to be a continuation of Ocean Drive from <br />the North line of Section 8, Tnsp. 33, Rue 40, southward through Section 16, /Tnsp. 33, Rge 40 <br />to a point on the curve of State Highway A -1-A near the center of Government Lot 7, Section <br />16, Tnsp 33, Rge 40, and said right of way to be a minimum of 70 feet in width. Be it further <br />resolved that subdivisions meeting this requirement shall be allowed Blocks longer than 660 <br />feet in this area. <br />J Upon Motion of Commissioner Warren, seconded by Commissioner Watts, and <br />carried, the Board approved a tentative plan of development as presented by Mr. Wheelwright <br />covering the South half of Government Lot 2, Section 17, Tnsp 33, Rge 40 and the South half <br />of Government Lots 2 and 3 and all of Government Lots 4 and 8 in Section 16, Tnsp. 33, Rge. <br />40, provided thatnorth and south right of way for the continuation of Ocean Drive be dedi- <br />cated on the final plat to conform to the County plan. Said Ocean Drive to be located <br />approximately midway between A -1-A and the Atlantic Ocean. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined and found correcti< were approved and warrants issued in settlement•of same. Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants <br />so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided <br />by the <br />rules <br />of <br />the <br />State ,auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being <br />made a <br />part <br />of <br />these <br />minutes. <br />
