<br /> address is: 3399 PGA Boulevard, Suite 260, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410 to CITY OF
<br /> VERO BEACH, a municipality within Indian River County, Florida ("City") as to an undivided
<br /> one-tenth interest, whose address is: c/o Planning Department, 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach,
<br /> Florida 32960; the TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, a municipality within Indian River
<br /> County, Florida ("Town") as to an undivided one-tenth interest, whose address is: c/o Town
<br /> Offices, 6001 North A1A, Vero Beach, Florida 32963; and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political
<br /> subdivision in the State of Florida ("County") as to an undivided eight-tenths interest, whose
<br /> address is c/o Planning Department, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 (City, Town
<br /> and County shall be collectively referred to as "Grantee").

<br /> That Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 U.S. DOLLARS
<br /> (U.S. $10.00) paid to Grantor and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and
<br /> sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, by these presents does hereby GRANT,
<br /> BARGAIN, SELL, ALIEN, REMISE, RELEASE, CONVEY, and CONFIRM unto Grantee, in fee
<br /> simple, that certain land located in Indian River County, Florida, legally described on Exhibit "A"
<br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof(the "Property").
<br /> This conveyance is made subject to those certain matters set forth in Exhibit "B",
<br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Permitted Exceptions").
<br /> The Property shall be restricted to conservation and passive recreation uses only.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property, together with all and singular the rights and
<br /> appurtenances pertaining thereto, unto Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
<br /> And Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that at the time of the delivery of this Special
<br /> Warranty Deed, the Property is free from all encumbrances other than the Permitted Exceptions
<br /> and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of all
<br /> persons claiming by, through or under Grantor, but against none other.
