In order to meet the estimated expenses of the,General Fund, it is deter- <br />mined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Five and Nine -tenths (5,9) mills upon the dollar <br />be levied and hereby imposed. <br />2. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Road and Bridge Fund, it is <br />determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of One (1) mill upon the dollar be levied and <br />is hereby imposed. <br />3. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Fine and Forfeiture Fund, <br />it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of Two and Three -tenths (2.3) mills <br />upon the dollar be levied and is hereby imposed. <br />4.
