r <br /> EXHIBIT 1 <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES FOR : <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br /> SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND FACILITIES <br /> The work on the foregoing projects may occur at any time within the term of this agreement, <br /> including but not limited to the following referenced list : <br /> • Preparation of annual Full Cost Accounting and Financial Assurance Reports <br /> • Scheduled renewal of Operating Permits <br /> • Groundwater monitoring and reporting of results <br /> • Preparation of biennial reports of groundwater monitoring <br /> • Updating the County solid waste management master plan <br /> • Miscellaneous engineering studies <br /> • Design, permitting and bidding and construction services of: <br /> ➢ Subtitle D landfill expansions (lateral and vtrtical) <br /> ➢ C&D landfill cell construction <br /> ➢ Storm water management system expansion and improvement <br /> ➢ Wetland areas jurisdictional determination and mitigation <br /> ➢ Customer Convenience Centers improvements <br /> ➢ Active landfill gas control system expansion <br /> ➢ Groundwater remediation <br /> ➢ SWDD facilities improvements (buildings , roads, equipment etc .) <br /> • Budgetary and process/operating cost analyses <br /> • Brownfield designation assistance <br /> • Permitting and regulatory assistance <br /> • Grant writing & funding analysis <br /> • Customer rate analysis <br /> • Subsurface soils exploration <br /> • Surveying, mapping, GIS and GPS services <br /> • Other engineering tasks as directed by the Managing Director of SWDD <br /> • Capital Projects as outlined in the Solid Waste Disposal District Master Plan <br /> • Services required for maintaining environmental compliance with applicable rules <br /> and regulations <br /> • Planning studies and feasibility analyses <br /> • Other projects as approved by the SWDD Board <br />
