GROUND CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> 1 : 23 , 000 AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY <br /> All services performed under this contract shall be under the direction of a licensed Surveyor and Mapper <br /> registered with the State of Florida and shall meet or exceed Minimum Technical Standards . <br /> Reference Datum: Horizontal reference datum must be adjusted NAD 1983 . <br /> Coordinate System: The Florida State Plane Coordinate System will be the basis for the product. <br /> Positional Accuracy: Horizontal accuracy shall be within 0 . 10 feet plus or minus . <br /> Vertical accuracy shall be within 0.30 feet plus or minus . <br /> Control Points : Preparation and submittal of current control data shall be in survey feet, using <br /> State Plane Coordinate values . Location descriptions of control points shall be <br /> included with survey data . Control points shall be well defined so points can be <br /> accurately relocated as needed. <br /> Control Locations : To be determined by the F.D. O.T. Surveying and Mapping Office' s <br /> Photogrammetry Section. All targets shall be located in designated area before <br /> flight. Where targets cannot be used, control shall be place on a photo <br /> identifiable point with a minimum of two well defined legs . A detailed <br /> description of photo identifiable point shall be included. <br /> Aerial Targets : All aerial targets shall be the shape of a "T" or "X". Each leg shall be 18 inches <br /> wide x 42 inches long . When using a "T", the base of the "T" shall be 7 foot <br /> long. <br /> Coordination: Representative of the Department is Mr. Charles Russell, Appraiser Specialist, <br /> Property Tax Administration (Telephone (850) 922-7956 or Suncom 292-7956), <br /> Post Office Box 3000, Tallahassee , Florida 32315 -3000. <br />
