The Kings Highway portion of the Force Main (FM) project is to be revised as a Master Planned <br /> Main. <br /> 2 . As a Master Planned FM the cost of this portion of the project (i .e. Kings Highway) will be funded by <br /> the Utilities Department. <br /> 3 . WFM, in conjunction with the Utilities Department Staff has revised the list of benefited properties <br /> from the project. This was necessitated by several things — over time, properties had connected to <br /> other portions of the County Collection System and a closer review of City / County service area <br /> lines. <br /> The original budget for the assessment/Developers Agreement was $329,290.30 (please reference the <br /> enclosed Developers Agreement copy). The final revised Developers Agreement cost is $209,980.20 (please <br /> reference the attached cost summary spread sheet), which equates to a reduction of $119,310. 10 in the project <br /> cost . Attached is a revised distribution of project costs over the benefited properties versus the preliminary <br /> distribution. We have also included copies of the final pay requests, payment performance bonds, and release <br /> of liens. <br /> WFM is formally requesting that a modification to the developers payout distribution and final project <br /> approval be granted. <br /> LTR.
