<br /> This Grant of Drainage Easement , made and executed this& ;"" day of

<br /> the post office address for which is : 431077 th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32967 ,
<br /> Grantor ; and
<br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA , a political subdivision of the State of Florida
<br /> the post office address for which is : 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 , Grantee .
<br /> Whenever used herein the terms Grantor and Grantee include all parties to
<br /> this instrument and their heirs , legal representatives , successors and assigns .
<br /> Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ( $ 1 . 00 ) and other
<br /> consideration , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , does hereby grant , bargain , sell ,
<br /> alien , remise , release , convey , and confirm unto the Grantee a perpetual non -exclusive
<br /> easement and right-of-way for SR 510 drainage purposes , including without limitation the
<br /> purpose of installing , replacing , repairing and maintaining drainage facilities on , over , across
<br /> and beneath the land described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, situate
<br /> in Indian River County , Florida (the " Easement Premises" ) .
<br /> The Grantor hereby reserves unto themselves , their heirs successors and assigns ,
<br /> the right and option to develop all or part of the Easement Premises so that the Easement
<br /> Premises may be used by Grantor , and its successors and assigns , for drainage purposes
<br /> for the real property owned by Grantor and described in Exhibit B , with the understanding
<br /> that the Exhibit B Property may be developed for private use with the Easement described
<br /> herein . In such event , the Grantor shall grant to Grantee an additional non -exclusive
<br /> Drainage Easement from the Exhibit B property (the " New Easement" ) so that the New
<br /> Easement and this Easement shall be used for the drainage purposes set forth herein and
