promises herein contained , and for other good and valuable consideration , the receipt <br /> and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereby agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The County acknowledges the Side Agreement <br /> dated August 18 , 2005 , between Orchid Landing , LLC and <br /> WCI Communities , Inc . wherein 12 residential units and <br /> 10 , 000 commercial square feet were assigned to Orchid <br /> Landing , LLC , by WCI Communities , Inc . , subject to site plan <br /> approval , obtaining concurrency and payment of all impact <br /> fees . <br /> - 5 - <br />
