$•Z. <br />WORK ORDER NO, AMETA EM <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />FOR STANDARD PENETRATION TESTS, SOILS CLASSIFICATION <br />and WRITTEN REPORT SERVICES, at EGRET MARSH STORMWATER PARK <br />PUMP STATION "D" SITE <br />CONTRACT #IRC 0534,2007=2008 <br />WITH <br />A. M. ENGINEERING & TESTING INC. <br />July 8, 2008 <br />This Work Order No. AMET-1 EM is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT #IRC 0534 <br />dated September 11, 2007 between A.M. Engineering & Testing, Inc. (GEOTECHNICAL <br />PROFESSIONAL) and Indian River County (COUNTY). <br />This Work Order No. AMET-1 EM amends the AGREEMENT as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS: <br />The number, location and depth of required soils penetration borings are indicated on the <br />attached "Lateral "D" Canal Pump Station Plan and Details". <br />SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br />This Work Order No. AMET-1 EM is for providing all Professional Geotechnical services related <br />to the task and services as indicated in the attached "EXHIBIT A". GEOTECHNICAL <br />PROFESSIONAL shall provide COUNTY with four (4) copies of the final written report. <br />SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION: <br />Field work shall begin within 7 calendar days of the written notice to proceed date. All <br />services shall be completed, in its entirety, within 7 calendar days of the written notice to <br />proceed date. Field work shall not exceed 2 working days. The County shall be notified <br />upon the start and completion of field work and/or of any delay beyond specified periods. <br />SECTION IV — COMPENSATION: <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the GEOTECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL agrees to accept, <br />a fee for services rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Sections I, III <br />and IV of this Work Order No. AMET-1 EM, a Lump Sum of $1,665.00. <br />CADocuments and Settings\dalker\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKFW M WO #AMET-1EM.doc 6/25/2008 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
