ENGINEERING & TESTING , INC . <br /> All services performed under this contract shall be supervised and certified by a licensed <br /> Professional Engineer ( PE ) registered with the State of Florida and staff employed directly with <br /> your firm . <br /> Scope of Services <br /> All work shall be performed on a unit price basis in accordance with the attached Proposals <br /> ( Exhibit A and B) dated December 22 , 2008 and December 24 , 2008 and shall comply with <br /> Standards enumerated in the RENEWAL OF THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES <br /> CONTRACT IRC PROJECT NO . 0701 WITH A . M . ENGINEERING AND TESTING , INC . <br /> Effective Date : November 18 , 2008 . <br /> All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards . <br /> COMPENSATION . <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the Geotechnical Professional agrees to accept , a fee for <br /> services rendered according to the Proposal ( Exhibit A and B) as attached . <br /> A Not-to- Exceed Amount of: $5 , 990 . 00 to be paid on a unit price basis for actual work <br /> performed in accordance with the schedule of services and fees set forth in Exhibit A of <br /> RENEWAL OF THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT , IRC PROJECT NO . <br /> 0701 WITH A .
