All documents, papers, books , records and accounts made or received by the contractor in conjunction with the Agreement and the performance of this Agreement shall be open to inspection during regular business hours by an authorized representative of the office and shall be retained by the contractor for a period of three (3) years after tem►ination of this Agreement, unless such records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119 . 07( 1 ) Florida Statutes. 15, UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN WORKERS: Brevard County will not Intentionally award publicly-funded contracts to any contractor who knowingly employs unauthorized alien workers, constituting a violation of the employment provisions contalrred in 6 U . TAX ID NUMBER: The Contractor shall provide to the County their Federal Tax 10 Number or, if the Contractor is a sole proprietor, a Social Security Number. 17 , EMPLOYMENT: The Contractor shall not engage the services of any person or persons now employed by the County, including any department, agency, board or commission thereat, to provide services relating to this contract without written consent from the County. is. PUBLIC ENTITY CRIMES : A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with a public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided In s. 287.017 for CATEGORY TWO for a period of thirty six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. 19.
