Wye River Farms, Inc. Various Driveway Connections : COUNTY agrees to be responsible for the <br /> following : The current residential driveway at Station 241 +20 shall remain at Station <br /> 241 + 20 and be twenty-four feet ( 24' ) in width . The driveway at Station 245 + 15 ( Parcel <br /> 241 ) shall be relocated to Station 245+90 . The driveway at Station 237+80 ( Parcel 243 ) <br /> shall be twenty-four feet ( 24' ) in width . A twenty-four foot (24' ) driveway for Parcel 242 <br /> shall be installed at Station 244+50 . A twenty-four foot (24' ) driveway for Parcel 141 <br /> shall be installed on the new 66th Avenue right-of4ay at the approximate distance ( i . e . <br /> approximately station 537 +40 ) of the existing driveway from SELLERS ' northeast <br /> property corner. <br /> 12 . Left Tums : COUNTY has agreed to re-design the signing and marking portion of <br /> the CR 510 Road Improvement Construction Plans so that the SELLERS are allowed to <br /> make a left turn into the driveway connection at Station 237+ 80 . COUNTY has agreed <br /> to re-design the signing and marking portion of Sheet S31 and S32 of the CR 510 Road <br /> Improvement Construction Plans so that the SELLERS are allowed to make a left-hand <br /> turn into the driveway connection at Station 537+40 on 66th Avenue . <br /> 13 . Grandfather Clause : COUNTY shall document in a separate letter or document, <br /> SELLERS ' right to have one single family residence on Parcel 241 and Parcel 242 , <br /> even though neither parcel will be the minimum one acre required by current zoning . <br /> 14 . Re-Stakinq Right-ofWay Line : After the closing of this agreement , COUNTY <br /> shall stake the new right-of-way line within sixty ( 60) days of the SELLERS ' requesting <br /> Page 7of8 <br />
