Pursuant to the foregoing Notice (Proof of Publication), the following Resolu-
<br />tion was unanimously adopted by Motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Watts and carried,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida,_that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows:.
<br />1. That Frank J. Bennett has filed a petition before this Board on September
<br />61 1955, at a meeting of said Board requesting this Board to adopt a Resolution closings
<br />vacating and abandoning certain County Roads and relinquishing and,renouncing the rights of
<br />E,
<br />Indian River County, Florida, or the public, in and to those certain roads lying and being
<br />in Bougainlea Subdivision, according to plat Book 1, page 97, public records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
<br />All that part of 14th Street running in an East and West direction lying
<br />between 43rd Avenue and 45th Avenue, Bougainlea Subdivision, according to flat Book 1. page
<br />97, public records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />:All that part of 15th Street running in an East and West directionlying
<br />between 43rd Avenue and 45th Avenue, Bougainlea Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page
<br />97, public records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />All that part of 44th Avenue running in a North and South direction between
<br />16th Street and 14th Street, Bougainlea Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page 97, public,,
<br />records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />.All that part of 45th Avenue, running in a North and South direction lying
<br />between 16th Street and 14th Street, Bougainlea Subdivision, according to Plat Book 1, page
<br />97, public records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />2. That this Board has published notice thereof one time in the Vero Beach
<br />i
<br />Press 4ournal, a -newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, Florida, said
<br />notice being published at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for such public
<br />hearing.
<br />3. That said roads above described are not a State or Federal Road and are
<br />not maintained by the State of Florida and is not located within the incorporated limits of
<br />any municipality and is located in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />4. That a public hearing hereon has been held by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the office of said Board in the Indian
<br />River County Courthouse at Vero Beach, Florida, on November 1, 1955, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Board DOES HEREWITH CLOSE, VACATE AND
<br />ABANDON the road above described and all portions thereof, and does herewith renounce and dis-'
<br />claim any right of Indian River County, Florida and the public in and to all of said roads
<br />above described.

<br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were
<br />examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such
<br />bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants:!
<br />so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided
<br />by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being
<br />made apart of these minutes,
