12/2/05PWDjwdwkd <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT _YN <br /> PROJECT #03 - 100 <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> RIGHT -OF -WAY ACQUISITION SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT , entered into this 13th day of December , 2005 by and <br /> between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , a political subdivision of the State of Florida , <br /> hereinafter referred to as the " COUNTY" , and AMERICAN ACQUISITION GROUP , <br /> LLC , 5600 W . Mariner Street , Ste 104 , Tampa , FL . 33609 , hereinafter referred to as the <br /> " CONSULTANT" . <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> WHEREAS , the COUNTY and CONSULTANT entered into a Master Agreement <br /> for professional right-of-way acquisition services dated September 2 , 2003 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the parties agreed that the Master Agreement may be extended for <br /> two additional years at the discretion of the COUNTY ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the COUNTY desires to continue to utilize the services provided by <br /> CONSULTANT for an additional two year period ; and <br /> WHEREAS , in consideration of their mutual covenants , the parties herein agree <br /> as follows : <br /> 1 . The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated by reference herein . <br /> 2 .
