E . <br /> November 21 , 2005 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The design speed for the project will be 45 mph . <br /> Traffic Signals <br /> No traffic signals are anticipated . <br /> Utilities <br /> ARCADIS will coordinate with utility companies owning facilities along the project <br /> corridor in order to determine the presence and location of existing facilities , to minimize <br /> the potential for utility conflicts , and to identify the need for and extent of utility relocation <br /> efforts . <br /> Access Management <br /> Access management improvements are not anticipated . All existing driveways will <br /> remain . <br /> SURVEY <br /> A field design location survey will be performed to establish the location of existing <br /> physical features at the project site . A survey baseline will be established , and the <br /> existing right of way will be located . Permanent benchmarks will be set , with a minimum <br /> of one benchmark set every 1 , 200 feet along the alignment . All existing physical <br /> features such as pavements , driveways , curbs , poles , fences , and above ground <br /> improvements will be located . <br /> Cross sections will be obtained at 100 foot intervals along the project alignment . The <br /> cross sections will extend 25 feet beyond the roadway right of way . <br /> The survey limits will extend from 200 feet south of 25th St . SW to 21 St .
