I 111111dossmommommoss 0 0 Ronson an $ 23123517 <br /> OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS <br /> ARCADIS . will retain ownership of the original documents pertaining to this project and will not <br /> release copies of same without authorization from client or client' s agent . If client fails to <br /> perform its obligations under this contract , then client will not be provided with copies of the <br /> documents and client will return any documents to ARCADIS . <br /> INVOICING AND METHOD OF PAYMENT <br /> Work will be billed on approximately the first day of each month based on a proration of work <br /> completed to date . Such monthly invoice shall be paid in full by client within thirty ( 30 ) days of <br /> invoice date unless , within such thirty ( 30 ) day period , client notifies ARCADIS in writing of its <br /> objection to the amount of said invoice . Such notice shall be accompanied by payment of any <br /> undisputed portion of said invoice . If written objection is not received within thirty ( 30 ) days it <br /> shall constitute approval of invoice by client . If the payment is not received within thirty ( 30 ) <br /> days of billing date , a late charge will be added to the invoice in the amount of 1 1 /2 percent per <br /> month on the outstanding balance . If payment is not received within sixty ( 60 ) days of the billing <br /> date , work will be suspended on the project until the outstanding invoice ( s ) are paid in full . <br /> WORK NOT SPECIFIED <br /> Work not specified in the " Scope of Services " will not be performed absent a written <br /> authorization by client to do the additional work . The authorization shall contain , where <br /> possible , the price of the additional work .
