One ( 1 ) set of substantially complete <br /> (approximately 70 percent) construction <br /> drawings and specifications for the EOC and <br /> essential ancillary structures for review by the <br /> Department. The construction drawings shall <br /> include site survey information , landscaping , <br /> civil , architectural , structural , mechanical , <br /> plumbing , electrical and <br /> telecommunications/information technology <br /> drawings . <br /> 27 <br />
