TO: <br />E.�T3.TTSZllI. <br />The Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Gentlemen: <br />The. undersigned Elizabeth Hansen does herewith petition you to adopt a resolution <br />vacating and abolishing the plat of •Winter Beach Estates as recorded in Plat Book 1, page <br />49, Indian River County public records, as it pertains to the following described land sit- <br />uated in Indian River County, Florida: <br />Beginning 327.8 feet West of the SE corner of the SWh of <br />the SEY4 of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; <br />thence running North 1328.9 feet; thence West 327.8 feet; <br />thence South 1328.9 feet; thence East 327.8 feet to point <br />of beginning; <br />requests said Board to renounce and disclaim any rights of the said County and the public <br />and <br />in and to the above described land. <br />The undersigned .is the owner of and in possession and control of the above describe <br />land. The vacation of the above described plat will not affect the ownership of persons <br />owning other parts of said subdivision and none of the streets, parks, roads and alleys <br />recorded on the said plat have ever been opened up, established or used as public streets, <br />parks, roads and alleys. <br />The undersigned has given notice of his intention to abandon the above described <br />portion of the said plat as will more fully appear in the proof of publication and has paid <br />all the State and County taxes levied on said land. <br />Yours truly, <br />Si Elizabeth Hansen <br />Elizabeth Hansen <br />RE 0i O TIA.E. <br />Vacating and Abolishing <br />Plat of Winter Beach Estates <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Hamilton. seconded by Commissioner Watts <br />and carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />B E IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that this Beard does herewith find and determine as follows: <br />1. That Elizabeth Hansen has filed a petition before this Board on the 3rd <br />day of April, 1956, at a meeting of said Board, requesting this Board to adopt a Resolution <br />vacating and abandoning the plat of Winter Beach Estates as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 49, <br />Indian River County public records, as it pertains to the following described lands situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida: <br />Beginning 327.8 feet West of the SE corner of the SWJ of the <br />SEY4 of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence <br />running North 1328.9 feet; thence West 327.8 feet; thence <br />South 1328.9 feet; thence East 327.8 feet to point of beginning. <br />2. That Elizabeth Hansen, the petitioner, has published a notice thereof <br />two times in the Vero Beach Press Journal. a newspaper of general circulation published in <br />Indian River County, Florida, on March 22, and 29, 1956. <br />3. That all State and County taxes on the above described land have been paid <br />that Elizabeth Hansen is the fee simple Owner of the above described ;and; that the vacation <br />
