<br />The East 10 acres of Tract 6, Section 14, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East, according to last general plat of lands of
<br />the Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 25; and
<br />WHEREAS, the plat of Indian River Farms Company filed in Plat Book 2, page 25,
<br />St. Lucie County, Florida records shows that Tract 6, Section 14, Township 33 South, Range
<br />39 East, consists of 40.43 acres; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was the intention of Indian River County, Florida, to convey all
<br />of said tract and it was through a mere oversight that this land was not included at that
<br />time; and
<br />WHEREAS, John W. Stellmon acquired from Indian River Farms Drainage District
<br />by Special Warranty Deed dated Nov. 10, 1947, recorded November 22, 1947, in Deed Book 8,
<br />page 435, public records of Indian River County, Florida:
<br />The West 30 acres of Tract 6 (above described) and, by Special Warranty Deed
<br />dated January 4, 1951, recorded January 22, 1951, in Deed Book 63, page 389, public records
<br />of Indian River County, Florida,.
<br />The East 10 acres of Tract 6 (above described) and he is, still, the owner
<br />and holder of these two parcels of land.
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, that this Board does herewith find and determine, as follows:
<br />1. That a request has,been made by John W. Stellmon for a deed covering
<br />that parcel of property that was not included in the two deeds which have been conveyed to
<br />the Indian River Farms Drainage District, which is more specifically described as follows:
<br />The West .43 acres of the East 10.43 acres of Tract 6,
<br />Section 14, Township 33 South, Range 39 East,_according
<br />to last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms
<br />Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page
<br />25; said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />2. That there was an error made when the above deeds were prepared and it was
<br />the intentionof this Board that all of said Tract 6, as above described, should have been
<br />conveyed.
<br />3. That John W. Stellmon, being the apparent record owner. is entitled to
<br />a deed to the above described parcel.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Board is hereby authorized to execute a
<br />deed to John W. Stellmon covering the property described as:
<br />The West .43 acres of the East 10.43 acres of Tract 6, Section
<br />14, township 33 South, Range 39 East, according to last general
<br />plat of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
<br />Plat Book 2, page 25; said land lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida,
<br />to convey said land to the said John W. Stellmon.

<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Warren, seconded by Commissioner Waddell
<br />and carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Flsrida,
<br />did, on October 21, 1955, adopt its resolution designating certain reads in said county for
<br />improvement and paving by the State Road Department of the State of Florida under the Second-
