SCHEDULE E <br /> Product Typical Values <br /> The Product Typical Values for Replacement Equipment shall be: <br /> a. for Replacement Equipment set forth on Schedule C, the cost shown on Schedule C for <br /> the item of Replacement Equipment; or <br /> b. for Replacement Equipment comprising M/A-COM subscriber radios, options and <br /> accessories, the most recent price list as of the date a reconciliation statement is sent to <br /> Incumbent by Nextel less 15%. <br /> In lieu of paying the Product Typical Value as stated above, Incumbent may choose to purchase Comparable <br /> Equipment, defined below, from any source and send the equipment, along with adequate documentation, to Nextel <br /> prior to the Reconciliation Date.
