WEIDMAN Has applied to the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, at their regular meeting today, Tuesday. June 5, 1956, at <br />4 nine o'clock A..M..to vacate plat of "River Trail Park" as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 48, <br />li <br />Indian River County Records, and <br />WHEREAS, ALBERT A. WEIDMAN has conclusively shown that he is the owner of fee <br />simple title to that plat to be vacated, which plat sought to be vacated is described as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />All of the plat "River Trail Park", a subdivision recorded <br />in Plat Book 1, page 489 Public Records of Indian River <br />County, and,being the South 10 acres of the NWY4 of the SEY of <br />Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said ALBERT A. WEIDMAN has further shown that vacation by the Board <br />of County Commissioners of the said plat sought to be vacated will not effect the ownership <br />of persons owning other parts of the said plat,.and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners upon proof duly shown have found tha� <br />there is not now or ever has been any use made of said plat by the.public, and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners have found that there are no <br />streets or alleys that have become necessary for use by the traveling public, and that all <br />streets, avenues, boulevards, alleys and public right-of-ways shown on the plat have never <br />been opened up and used by the public, and <br />WHEREAS, Said Board of County Commissioners do find that said property is not <br />located in any incorporated city or town and that it is for the best interests of the public a <br />the owner os said property that said plat be vacated, and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners do further find that newspaper <br />notice as required by law was given and the Proof of Publication as required by law was given <br />theProof of Publication as required by law was filed this day with the Board of County <br />Commissioners, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that "River Trail Park", a plat recorded in <br />Plat Book 1, page 48, Indian River County Records, described as follows to -wit: <br />The South 10 acres of the NWY of the SEY of Section 12, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />be and the same is hereby vacated, abolished, and abandoned. <br />It was ordered that the present,workmen's compensation policy shall include <br />all employees of fee officers. <br />Upon motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Warren <br />and carried Sam Joyce, Sheriff was requested ed to check the cemeteries from time to time to <br />• Y • q <br />see that there is no vandalism or dumpage. Also to check on public roads and canals. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Warren, seconded by.Commissioner Waddell and <br />carried, the following letters of agreement were authorized relating to obtaining right-of- <br />way deed on State Road 45 or U. 3. 91 for Sebastian.and Wabasso area. <br />Mr. Robert W.
