0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in the <br />above deed, Indian River County, acting by and through its Board of County <br />Commissioners, herewith agrees with you as follows; , <br />1. The county will pay to you the total sum of $100.00. This sum will be. <br />paid prior to the county taking possession of this right of way and, in <br />the meantime, you may continue in possession of the same. <br />2. The County will remove the three pine trees on or near the right of way. <br />This agreement is approved by the Board of County Commissioners at its <br />meeting as shown by its minutes. <br />Mr. S. Jewett with Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Company as surety, by Douglas <br />from some items where there is a surplus to the items where there is a deficiency, according to <br />Baker, Clerk as required by law. <br />R L S 0 L U T <br />I UN_ -- Item to Item Transfers <br />Commissioner Hamilton introduced <br />the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption <br />i <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus <br />of $2,400.00 in the Road & Bridge <br />Fund of <br />Indian River County under some items and which <br />surplus exists after the payment of <br />all nee- <br />essary expenditures under such items for the <br />current fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a deficiency <br />and authorized expenditures under some items <br />in funds necessary to provide for the <br />in Road & Bridge Fund; <br />proper <br />said and <br />WHEREAS, said items mentioned <br />are a part of the same fund and the transfer <br />from <br />one item to another item in the same fund and <br />is not a transfer from one fund to another <br />fund; <br />and <br />• <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that <br />there is herewith transferred the sum <br />of $2,400.01 <br />from some items where there is a surplus to the items where there is a deficiency, according to <br />
