The County will fill and level to grade your property for a <br />distance of 30 feet further West than it is now filled and leveled <br />and will then move your house back off the right of way to the West <br />and set it up and reestablish it in as good condition as the same <br />existed at the time of moving. <br />2. The County will put in an artesian well in the right of way <br />at the point of the line dividing your property and that of W. H. <br />Owens and then will hook up your house to the well to furnish you <br />a water supply with a one inch water line. <br />3.
