§ 13 . 1 COMPENSATION § 13 . 1 . 1 For the Design/ Builder' s performance of the Work , as described in Section 3 . 2 and including any other services listed in Article 14 as part of Basic Services , the Owner shall pay the Design/Builder in current funds the Contract Sum as follows : Three Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Four dollars $398 ,884 . 00 § 13 . 1 . 2 For Additional Services , as described in Section 3 . 3 and including any other services listed in Article 14 as Additional Services , compensation shall be as follows : Per hourly rates attached to Master Agreement j § 13 . 2 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES § 13 . 2 . 1 Reimbursable Expenses are in addition tothe compensation for Basic and Additional Services , and include actual expenditures made by the Design/Builder and the Design / Builder' s employees and contractors in the interest of the Project , as follows : NONE . ALL EXPENSES SHA.LL B9 PQRN BY DESI N/BUL and are included in Article 14 as part of the Basic Services. § 13a2s2 FOR REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES , eernpensatien shall be a multiple of § 13 . 3 INTEREST PAYMENT § 13 . 3 . 1 The rate of interest for past due payments shall be in accordance with the Florida Prompt payment Act , FS § 218 . 70 et se las follows.
