Dear Mr. Rogers: <br />In re: S RD No. 153 <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described <br />in the above deed, Indian River County, acting by and through its Board <br />of County Commissioners, agrees with you as follows: <br />1. If the new right of way does not take more than 3 feet of your <br />existing porch, then the County will cut off the part of the porch which <br />extends into the new right of way, replace the steps on either side as <br />you wish and refinish the front porch in as good condition as the same <br />now exists or, if the new right of way line goes back more than3 feet <br />into the porch, then the County will move your house back off the right <br />of way and set it up and reestablish it in as good condition as the same <br />existed prior to moving. When the right of way stakes are put up at <br />your property and the measurements made, you can make your decision as <br />to which you wish to be done. <br />77 <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way <br />described in the above deed, Indian River County, acting by <br />j <br />and through its Board df County Commissioners, herewith agrees <br />with you as follows: <br />1.
