Prior to final reimbursement , the Grantee must erect a permanent information sign on the Project site which credits Project funding or a portion thereof, from the Land and Water Conservation Fund Program through the USDOI and the Department . 230 The Department and USDOI have the right to inspect the Project and any and all records related thereto at any reasonable time . 24 .
