The INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR/CONTRACTOR duties <br /> and responsibilities may change from time to time . <br /> h) Perform these duties during normal business hours of 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 <br /> PM, Monday through Friday, or as may be altered in writing by the .parties hereto <br /> by mutual agreement . <br /> 2 . Inspection Services and Plan Review Services and any other services required <br /> by the COUNTY sha#- be provided in . the event of a natural disaster and other <br /> events , such as , but not limited to , hurricanes , floods , fires , terrorism , acts of war <br /> etc. , <br /> 3 . INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR/CONTRACTOR' S employees shall devote full <br /> time : and attention to the duties as prescribed in this Agreement and during the time <br /> contracted with the COUNTYshallnot engage in any -other contractual activities without <br /> the without the express written approval of the County Administrator, which consent <br /> maybe withheld . <br /> C . INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR/CONTRACTOR shall maintain his Inspector's <br /> Certification with the State of Florida , to continually provide his best efforts to efficiently <br /> :perform duties and responsibilities as .assigned - in -a proper and professional manner, to <br /> uphold the COUNTY regulations and policies , and to abide by ethical standards of <br /> conduct appropriate to the INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR/CONTRACTOR ' S position <br /> and comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws, rules, regulations , codes , or <br /> ordinances an directives . <br />
