Upon <br /> commencement of the future 58th Avenue paving work , County or its contractor shall , at County' s <br /> sole expense , inspect the pipe for structural integrity , replace it if warranted due to condition with <br /> like - size pipe , and extend the pipe to the new property line , reattaching the flashboard riser . If <br /> structurally sound , County or its contractor shall , at County' s sole expense , relocate the irrigation <br /> pump to the new property line .
