Vickers <br />Sebastian, Florida <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Vickers: <br />In re: SRD Nos. 77, 203 and 236. <br />The County has previously given you its committment letter with respect <br />to SRD No. 203, in which the County agreed to pay you the total sum <br />pof $1,500.00 for this right of way. Since that committment letter, <br />the other items have arisen and this committment letter supercedes the <br />B previous committment letter. <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in <br />the above deeds, Indian River County, acting by and through its Board <br />of County Commissioners, agrees with you as follows: <br />1 <br />1. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner <br />i <br />i Macdonald and unanimously carried, the Board accepted the offer submitted by J. W. Boring, <br />Attorney for Vero Beach Associates, Inc., of some land in Oslo Park Unit No. 2 lying between <br />Alabama Avenue and Oklahoma Avenue for public park purposes. Vero Beach Associates, Inc. is <br />i to give the County a Quit Claim Deed to this land and they will satisfy a mortgage against this <br />property upon delivery of the deed. The County also agreed to take care of the 1956 County <br />if and Drainage taxes on this land. Clerk Baker was instructed to record said deed and charge to <br />the county. <br />u <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried the.Board authorized that the proposed Typical Secion pre- <br />pared by the State Road Department of Florida for State Road Job 8859-150, State Road S632 <br />(South Winter Beach Road) and the estimated cost thereof of $70,000.00 be approved. <br />;r <br />
