Morgan, Professional Surveyor <br />and Mapper, Florida Registration Number 3520, being more particularly described in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund <br />of the State of Florida has examined the evidence on the merits of the proposed beach <br />erosion project and finds that the restoration of the beach is in the interest of the public; and, <br />WHEREAS, all owners of lands riparian to the proposed erosion control line <br />extensions and within a thousand feet thereof by radial measurement have been notified by <br />certified mail of the proceedings to establish the erosion control line; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund <br />of the State of Florida has determined that all requirements of the statutes hereunto <br />applicable have been complied within proper manner. <br />Based on the foregoing, the erosion control line, more particularly described <br />in Exhibit A, is hereby approved, adopted, and certified for the purposes prescribed by <br />Sections 161.141 through 161.211, Florida Statutes, and shall remain in effect until <br />invalidated in accordance with the law. <br />Ambersand Beach Erosion Control Line, Indian River Co. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />£LION1SSIUO <br />
