I to Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion <br /> From 2 .0 MGD, to 4. 0 MGD — Bid No. 7029 — Amendment # 1 , is entered into as of f3ai"Xyxufxx <br /> May 23 , 2006, pursuant to that certain agreement entered into as of December 7 2004 <br /> by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and Indian <br /> River Industrial Contractor, Inc, as contractor. <br /> 1 . The parties desire to amend Paragraph 1 . 8 .5 to reduce retainage from 10% to 5 % . <br /> The Owner shall retain 10% of the payment amounts due to the Contractor until 50% <br /> completion of the work. After 50% completion of the Work is attained as certified to <br /> Owner by Engineer in writing, Owner shall retain 5% of the payment amount due to <br /> Contractor until final completion and acceptance of all work to be performed by <br /> Contractor under the Contract Documents . <br /> 2.
