AND INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) <br /> dated March 18 , 2003 between Bridge Design Associates, Inc. (ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in " Section III - Scope of Services " and " Section V - <br /> Compensation " . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> " SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The ENGINEER will perform the necessary engineering services for the relocation of the existing <br /> water and sanitary sewer force main at the 50' Street SW Bridge over the Lateral "C" Canal ; 43 `d <br /> Avenue Bridge over South Relief Canal and Old Dixie Highway Bridge over South Relief Canal . <br /> The Engineer shall provide engineering drawings, specifications and details (per Indian River <br /> County Standards) and Utility coordination for the relocation of the following water and force <br /> main crossings : <br /> • 18 " diameter water main located on the 43rd Avenue Bridge over South Relief <br /> Canal <br /> • 10" diameter water main located on the 5d' Street SW Bridge over the 43 'd Avenue <br /> Ditch <br /> • 8 " diameter water main located on the Old Dixie Highway Bridge over the South <br /> Relief Canal <br /> 6" diameter HDPE force main crossing at Old Dixie Highway over the South Relief <br /> Canal <br /> " SECTION IV — COMPENSATION " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant <br /> to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> A: \.Amendmentfl . doc <br />
