INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> Oslo Road Bridge Replacement <br /> And Roadway Widening <br /> AMENDMENT NO, 7 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES , INC . AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA . <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated March 24th , 1998 between Kimley-Horn and Associates , Inc . <br /> (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses changes in <br /> " Section I - Project Limits and Description " , Section H - County Obligations , " Section III - <br /> Scope of Services " , " Section V - Compensation " and " Section XVI — Duration of Agreement " of <br /> the AGREEMENT . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> " SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION " is being modified to include roadway <br /> construction assistance services for the Oslo Road/ Lateral J Canal Bridge Replacement <br /> Project . <br /> " SECTION 11 — COUNTY OBLIGATIONS " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> It is understood that during the Construction Phase of the Oslo Road/ Lateral J Canal <br /> Bridge Replacement Project, the COUNTY will undertake the day to day task of <br /> construction observation , which includes but is not limited to the following : <br /> • COUNTY representatives will be on site during construction and responsible for <br /> construction observation . <br /> • Conduct the weekly progress meetings . <br /> • Work with the Contractor to develop and process monthly pay request . <br /> • Review shop drawings associated with the bridge- culvert to include manufacturer <br /> specification certifications . <br />
