Graves said that Clerk Baker -wanted' the action
of the board made at a previous meeting, rescinded, as to making copies of the minutes and
V
mailing to each Commissioner, but that he would still like to have copies made and mailed.
It was brought out that sometimes the minutes were so long because of all the resolutions.
Attorney Smith stated that he would check with the Auditor to see if the resolutions could
be numbered and entered by number in the minutes instead of writing the resolutions in full.
Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Robert W. Graves and carried,
the Board decided to adopt this method of entering Resolutions in the minutes providing it
is OK'ed by the Auditor, and that Clerk Baker could either have the minutes typed and mailed
to each Commissioner or photostat the minutes and mail to each Commissioner, whichever was
easier for him.
There being no further business, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the
Board then adjourned.
' ATTEST:
I -
Chairman
C erk
VIII ,
