"SECTION XVI — DURATION OF AGREEMENT" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> The time for completion of the Level `B" Utility Designation shall be 60 days following receiving <br /> the authorization to proceed. The time for the Level "A" Utility Locates are 45 days following <br /> location designation from the ENGINEER/ COUNTY. <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth here in.
