ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> TASK B - PERMITTING <br /> The Masteller & Moler, Inc . services include Florida Department of Environmental (FDEP) permitting <br /> (application submittal w/attachments) for the dilution pump and on-site pipeline system and the pipeline <br /> brine/dilution water distribution system on the disposal site . Also, we will provide plans and data to <br /> assist EcoTech with submittal of the FDEP permitting application for the fishing pier and wetlands brine <br /> disposal project . We will also prepare a Minor Site Plan Application and supporting plans and <br /> information for submittal to the Indian River County Planning Department . Included is meeting <br /> attendance and Request for Additional Information (RAI) responses to Indian River County Planning <br /> Staff. <br /> TASK C — CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc . will provide periodic inspection of the wetland brine disposal project <br /> construction on an as-needed basis to observe that the elements are being constructed in reasonable <br /> compliance with the Construction Plans and permits . We will also attend meetings, review shop <br /> drawings and monthly pay estimates from the contractor. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
