Indian River County, Amendment No. 2 <br /> 66th Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway <br /> Widening <br /> 7 . The bridge design will be performed in accordance with the 1998 Edition <br /> of the AASHTO LRFD Design Specifications with Interim Revisions <br /> through 2002, and the 2002 FDOT Structures Design Guidelines, LRFD <br /> Edition . <br /> 8 . Box culvert plans will be prepared associated with the box culvert located <br /> along CR 510, approximately at Sta. 205+50. The design and construction <br /> documents will be prepared utilizing FDOT ' s LRFD Box Culvert <br /> Program. <br /> 9. Construction and material specifications will be based on FDOT Standard <br /> Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2004 Edition. <br /> 10 . All design and plan details will be in the English unit system. <br /> 11 . Bridge plan submittals are anticipated at the 60%, 90%, and 100% stages. <br /> The 90% submittal will consist of Contract Plans and preliminary <br /> quantities and cost estimates . The 100% submittal will be the Final Plans, <br /> with Quantities, Opinion of Cost and Specifications. <br /> Page 8 of 11 <br />
