`c <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for Intersection <br /> Improvements at 58`h Avenue and State Road 60 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) dated February 22, 2005 between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. <br /> (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in <br /> " Section I - Project Limits and Description", "Section III - Scope of Services" , " Section V - <br /> Compensation" and " Section XVI — Duration of Agreement' of the AGREEMENT. <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following: <br /> " SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION" is being modified to include the <br /> following : <br /> Consultant services are required to conduct a thoroughfare network analysis and traffic <br /> modeling study to analyze the impact of proposed roadway network links and extensions <br /> to the existing roadway network. The proposed roadway network links and extensions to <br /> be included in the analysis/modeling comprise: <br /> • College Lane extension between existing terminus at Mueller Center to 66`h <br /> Avenue <br /> • Hedden Place, Flora Lane or 62"d Drive extension between State Road 60 and <br /> College Lane <br /> • Hedden Place, Flora Lane or 62nd Drive extension between College Lane and 12th <br /> Street <br /> • 66[11 Avenue thoroughfare connection between State Road 60 and Oslo Road <br /> • College Lane extension east of 58t11 Avenue east 0.6 mile, turning north to State <br /> Road 60 between 50`11 Avenue and Stewart Lane <br /> • New north-south roadway between 50th Avenue and Stewart Lane, from State <br /> Road 60 to 26`h Street (north-south thoroughfare connection with the College <br /> Lane extension) <br /> " SECTION III — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> Task 1 — FSUTMS Trip Diversion Model <br /> The ENGINEER will develop and coordinate with the County a trip diversion model <br /> derived through a gravity model based on the transportation planning modeling programs <br />
