Task 6 — Proposed Roadway Year 2016 Conditions Analysis <br /> The consultant will analyze year 2016 AM and PM peak hour conditions for the study <br /> area intersections and roadway links under the proposed roadway geometry with the <br /> inclusion of all proposed roadway links . A traffic simulation will be developed for both <br /> the AM and PM peak hours . All analysis results will be documented including turning <br /> movement volumes and level of service. Any and all deficiencies will be identified. A <br /> comparative analysis of the proposed roadway links will be performed to determine the <br /> State Road 60/ 58`h Avenue percent traffic diversion associated with each link. <br /> Task 7 — Proposed Roadway Year 2026 Conditions Analysis <br /> The consultant will analyze year 2026 AM and PM peak hour conditions for the study <br /> area intersections and roadway links under the proposed roadway geometry with the <br /> inclusion of all proposed roadway links. A traffic simulation will be developed for both <br /> the AM and PM peak hours. All analysis results will be documented including turning <br /> movement volumes and level of service. Up to five (5) copies of a letter-type report will be <br /> prepared describing those services performed under these tasks. <br /> A CD with all pertinent traffic models (SYNCHRO models) and simulations <br /> (SIMTRAFFIC) will be provided. The models/simulations will encompass the entire <br /> study area and all study intersections with 26th Street as the northern study boundary, <br /> 12th Street as a southern study, 43rd Avenue the eastern boundary, 66th Avenue as the <br /> western boundary and all proposed roadway links and extensions. <br /> "SECTION V — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following: <br /> A. Professional Services Fee <br /> The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the ENGINEER and the <br /> COUNTY is as follows : <br /> Task Labor Fee <br /> Lump Sum Components <br /> Task 1 — FSUTMS Trip Diversion Models 54,200 <br /> Task 2 — Existing Conditions Analysis $ 800 <br /> Task 3 — Year 2016 Conditions Analysis $2 ,500 <br />
