After considerable discussion in the matter and upon Motion made <br />by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., and unanimously <br />carried, the tentative plat of Sebastian Highlands was accepted with Mr. Schmucker's re- q <br />commendations. <br />;a <br />Mr. Dave Sawyer appeared before the Board and said the County Engineer had made <br />�M <br />arrangements to take out a culvert and put in a bridge for him in September and that he would <br />like the date moved up. The Board asked Mr. Schmucker to look into the matter and see what <br />could be done. <br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Item to Item Transfers <br />Commissioner McCullers, introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions ±' <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus of $1,761.30 in the Road and Bridge Fund of <br />Indian River County under some items and which surplus exists after the payment of all nec- <br />essary expenditures under such items for the fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS there is a deficient in funds necessary to provide for the proper and <br />� Y r3' P P P <br />authorized expenditures under some items in the Road and Bridge Fund; and I <br />WHEREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same fund and the transfer from one <br />item to another item in the same fund and is not a transfer from one fund to another fund; <br />'k <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of $1,761.30 from some <br />items where there is a surplus to the items where there is a deficiency, according to de- <br />tailed statement attached, all in the Road & Bridge Fund of the current budget of Indian River; <br />County as provided by law. <br />Item to Item Transfers <br />EXPENDITURES <br />A/C <br />No. <br />Name <br />424. C. Graves, Jr. and unanimously carried, said easement was accepted. <br />Mr. Schmucker, County Road Superintendent stated that he had tabulated all bids <br />received at the regular meeting and suggested that the low bids be accepted.
