AMENDMENT TO WORK ORDER NUMBER 04 This Amendment to Work Order Number 04 is entered into as of this `-day of 2007 pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Se ces entered into as of 10 August, 2004 ("Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District, a dependent special district of Indian River County , Florida , whose address is clo Indian River County Utilities Department, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 (" DISTRICT" ) and Geosvntec Consultants. Inc. (" CONSULTANT"). The DISTRICT has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth on Attachment 1 , attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference. The professional services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in Attachment 2, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference. The Consultant will perform the professional services within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Attachment 3, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement. Pursuant to paragraph 1 .4 of the Agreement, nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein .
