8/20/03 P W Dj wd wkd <br /> SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> The time for completion of each project shall be defined in the Work Order . <br /> SECTION V — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept, for services <br /> rendered pursuant to this Agreement , fees in accordance with the following : <br /> A . Professional Services Fee - The basic compensation shall be mutually agreed <br /> upon by the CONSULTANT and the COUNTY prior to issuance of each Work <br /> Order, and the amount shall be included in the Work Order to be formally <br /> approved by the Board of County Commissioners . <br /> B . Direct Payment for Certain Services - The COUNTY agrees to pay on a direct <br /> basis for services or goods provided by others working in conjunction with the <br /> CONSULTANT, as follows : <br /> 1 . Printing and Reproduction : The COUNTY shall make direct payment of <br /> $ . 03 /page to the CONSULTANT for the cost of printing . <br /> 2 . Overnight Delivery: The COUNTY shall pay $ 15 /package (standard <br /> estimated lump sum amount) for overnight delivery. <br /> 3 . Bills for any allowable travel expenses shall be submitted in accordance <br /> with F . S . 112 . 061 . The COUNTY will not pay the CONSULTANT for <br /> travel between the CONSULTANT ' S office and the COUNTY <br /> administration building or between the CONSULTANT ' S office and the <br /> project site . <br /> SECTION VI — ADDITIONAL SERVICE WORK <br /> Additional service work occurs when the COUNTY requests changes after it has formally <br /> approved this Agreement . Additional service work shall not commence until a Work Order for <br /> the additional work has been formally issued by the Public Works Director or his designee , and <br /> formally approved by the Board of County Commissioners , and the additional service work shall <br /> be performed in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in that Work Order . If hourly rate <br /> payment is approved by the COUNTY , the rates shall be in accordance with the Hourly Rate <br /> Chart attached to this AGREEMENT as Exhibit "A " . <br /> CADOCUME- 1 \Wade\LOCALS- 1 \Temp\Master Aueement.doc 4 <br />
