Make certain <br /> that only one component (TRA, SRA, PRA without rehab, PRA with rehab, and SRO) budget is completed in <br /> this section. <br /> Requested subsidy cannot exceed current FMR unless an Exception Reni approval letter is attached. <br /> Requests for rents above 100% but not more than 110% must be accompanied by a statement from the PHA that <br /> they have exercised their authority to set rents above the published amount. The PHA statement must cite at <br /> what level the rents are set, up to 110% of the FMR. <br /> TRA Project Budget <br /> Applicants requesting TRA must complete the chart below showing the number of units expected to be <br /> used in your program. Multiply the applicable existing fair market rents (FMRs) as revised and published in <br /> the Federal Register (FR) on February 28, 2005 , by the number of units of a given size by 60 months . [Please <br /> be advised that the actual FMRs used in calculating your grant will be those in effect at the time the grants are <br /> approved which may be higher or lower than those found in the revised February 28, 2005 , FR Notice . ] The <br /> SRO FMR should be rounded to the nearest whole number before multiplying by the number of units and the <br /> number of months .
