S. , INC . <br /> This Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with <br /> Arcadis U . S . , Inc . is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated December 13 , 2005 <br /> and the extension thereof, between Arcadis U . S . , Inc . ( ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . <br /> This Amendment No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Consultant services are required for the preparation of plans for the design of 20th Avenue from <br /> 25th Street SW to 21 gt Street SW. <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this Amendment No . 1 is to perform the following tasks as requested <br /> by the County : <br /> 1 . Preparation of plans for the construction of a stormwater drainage pond on the Falcon <br /> Trace site <br /> 2 . Preparation of stormwater drainage calculations to determine the required pond size , <br /> water surface elevations , and water quality treatment and permanent pool size <br /> requirements . <br /> 3 . Meeting with the St . Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) to confirm the <br /> permit requirements for the project . <br /> 4 . Preparation and submission of permit application packages to the SJRWMD and the <br /> Indian River Farm Water Control District . <br /> SECTION III = TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Supplemental tasks shall be completed within 30 business days from the date of execution <br /> of this Amendment No . 1 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with <br /> Arcadis U .
