Based on our understanding of the project , the proposed <br /> roadway improvement project includes widening and improving the pavement section of 20th Street <br /> from 21St Street SW to North of 17th Lane SW . The project cost will be billed on a <br />time -and - <br /> materials basis using the rates included in the attached fee schedule . <br /> For budgeting purposes , we propose a not-to -exceed limit of $ 17 , 658 . 00 .
