The pad mount generator for this station will be under a <br /> separate proposal . <br /> The cost for this work is as follows; <br /> Repair/Renovations $ 945505 . 00 <br /> OH & P $ 145176 . 00 <br /> Payment & Performance Bond $ 19187 . 00 <br /> Design Builder' s Contingency $ 1000 . 00 <br /> Subtotal $ 1199868.00 <br /> The following are Clarifications to the above costs; <br /> Builders Risk policy is based on $ 120,000 . 00 of renovation value <br /> The work is limited to the following; <br /> The existing upper flat roof membrane will be removed. <br /> A modified single ply will be torched down to the existing roof deck. <br /> Lightweight concrete will be poured over the single ply ( 1 /4" per foot slope to the west). <br /> Install fully adhered Fibertight fleece back roof system installed over the lightweight roof <br /> system and flashing. <br /> Install surface mounted aluminum counter flashing. <br /> Install aluminum gutter and downspouts . <br /> 15 yr No Dollar Limit Warranty from Fibertight and 2 year workmanship from Sunsky <br /> Roofing. <br /> The storm repair work is limited to that shown on sheet A- 1 dated August 25th 2005 . <br /> As requested the following is a breakdown of the interior Hurricane Damage .
