and equipment to be incorporated therein , whether in storage on or off the site , under <br /> care , custody, or control of the Design/Builder or the Design/Builder's contractors ; and <br /> (3) other property at or adjacent thereto , such as trees , shrubs , lawns , walks , <br /> pavements , roadways , structures and utilities not designated for removal relocation or <br /> replacement in the course of construction . <br /> § 6 .3 The Design/Builder shall give notices and comply with applicable laws , <br /> ordinances , rules , regulations and lawful orders of public authorities bearing on the <br /> safety of persons or property or their protection from damage , injury or loss . <br /> § 6 .4 The Design/Builder shall promptly remedy damage and loss (other than damage <br /> or loss insured under property insurance provided or required by the Contract <br /> Documents) to property at the site caused in whole or in part by the Design/Builder, a <br /> contractor of the Design/Builder or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of <br /> them , or by anyone for whose acts they may be liable . <br /> ARTICLE 7 INSURANCE AND BONDS <br /> § 7 . 1 DESIGN/BUILDER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE <br /> § 7. 1 . 1 The Design/Builder shall purchase from and maintain , in a company or <br /> companies lawfully authorized to do business in the jurisdiction in which the Project is <br /> located , such insurance as will protect the Design/Builder from claims set forth below <br /> which may arise out of or result from operations under this Part 2 Agreement by the <br /> Design/Builder or by a contractor of the Design/Builder, or by anyone directly or <br /> indirectly employed by any of them , or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be <br /> liable : <br /> 1 claims under workers' compensation , disability benefit and other similar <br /> employee benefit laws that are applicable to the Work to be performed ; <br /> .2 claims for damages because of bodily injury , occupational sickness or <br /> disease , or death of the Design/Builder's employees ; <br /> . 3 claims for damages because of bodily injury , sickness or disease , or death of <br /> persons other than the Design/Builder's employees ; <br /> .4 claims for damages covered by usual personal injury liability coverage which <br /> are sustained ( 1 ) by a person as a result of an offense directly or indirectly <br /> related to employment of such person by the Design/Builder or (2) by <br /> another person ; <br /> . 5 claims for damages , other than to the Work itself, because of injury to or <br /> destruction of tangible property , including loss of use resulting therefrom ; <br /> .6 claims for damages because of bodily injury , death of a person or property <br /> damage arising out of ownership , maintenance or use of a motor vehicle ; <br /> and <br /> . 7 claims involving contractual liability insurance applicable to the <br /> Design/Builder's obligations under Section 11 . 5 . <br /> § 7 . 1 .2 The insurance required by Section 7 . 1 . 1 shall be written for not less than limits <br /> of liability specified in this Part 2 Agreement or required by law, whichever coverage is <br /> greater.
