Traffic signs : All existing signs which are the property of the Owner shall be <br /> ' transported to the Indian River County Road and Bridge Maintenance yard by the <br /> Contractor during construction if they are within the construction limits . Care shall be <br /> exercised by the Contractor during removal , storage and relocation so as not to <br /> ' damage the signs .
