4 <br />0 <br />Item #6 - Culverts <br />Bid from Hackney & Warren <br />Bid from King's Ideal Supply <br />Bid from Tri-State Culvert <br />Bid from Armco Drainage <br />These bids were identical and upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded <br />by Commiasioner Robert Graves and carried, the Board decided to split the orders for culverts <br />between the two local firms, same being Hackney & Warren and King's Ideal Supply. <br />Item #7 - Cold Mix Asphaltic Patching Material <br />Bid from Tampco Coal Co. - - - - - - - - - - - - Bid Amount $9.71 Ton <br />Bid from Swords & Sons Asphalt Co. - - - - - - -- Bid Amount 8.00 Ton <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br />and unanimously carried, the low bid by Swords & Sons was accepted. <br />Item #12 - Metal Guard Rail <br />Bid from Hackney & Warren <br />Bid from King's Ideal Supply <br />These bids were identical and upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, it was decided to split the order <br />between the two. <br />Mr. Schmucker, County Engineer stated he had been talking to the City Manager and <br />others with regard to the dump problem and obtaining State Aid on same. The Board asked that <br />confer further with the City and see just what they are willing to do and then report back to <br />this Board. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert'Graves, seconded by Commissioner McCullers <br />and carried, the County Attorney was requested to prepare a bid notice for insurance for the <br />voting machines. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner McCullers <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approves the payment of $4,650.00 to S. J. Pryor for <br />SRD #23, right of way for State Road #5. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner J. J. P.
