Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 and the Design/Builder: Barth Construction, Inc., 1717 Indian River Blvd.' Suite 202A Vero Beach, Florida 32960 For the following Project: Design Build Expansion and Renovation to the Indian River County Department of Emergency Services Fire Station #9 Roseland Road, Sebastian, Florida 32958 The architectural services described in Article 3 will be provided by the following person or entity who is lawfully licensed to practice architecture: Name and address eau[ U. Dritenbas, Edlund Dritenbas 3inkley,Architects & Associates 35 Royal Palm Pointe, Suite D Air` Beach, FL 32960 Registration Relationship to Number Design/Builder AR0009308 Contractual Normal structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services will be provided contractually through the Architect except as indicated below: Name, address and discipline Registration Relationship to Number Design/Builder v The Owner and the Design/Builder agree as set forth below. TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PART 2 AGREEMENT ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS § 1.1 BASIC DEFINITIONS § 1.1.1 The Contract Documents consist of the Part 1 Agreement to the extent not modified by this Part 2 Agreement, this Part 2 Agreement, the Design/Builder's Proposal and written addenda to the Proposal identified in Article 14, the Construction Documents approved by the Owner in accordance with Section 3.2.3 and Modifications issued after execution of this Part 2 Agreement. A Modification is a Change Order or a written amendment to this Part 2 Agreement signed by both parties, or a Construction Change Directive issued by the Owner in accordance with Section 8.3. § 1A.2 The term "Work" means the construction and services provided by the Design/Builder to fulfill the Design/Builder's obligations. 2
